Boschpick Engineering

Since 1974

Established in 1974 by visionary entrepreneur Fred Peens Snr, Boschpick Engineering embarked on a journey that would shape the landscape of foundry and mechanical engineering within Southern Africa. In 1995, the reins were handed over to his sons, who, with their remarkable skills and dedicated team, propelled the company toward unprecedented growth.

From its humble beginnings, Boschpick Engineering has always been at the forefront of innovation and adaptability. The company’s ability to embrace changes in world markets, industry dynamics, and economic trends has been instrumental in its enduring success.

Foundry

Our foundry houses two 400 kilowatt 750-1000 kg furnace bodies which are powered by an Inductotherm high frequency induction source. At maximum capacity the foundry is able to produce up to 105 tons of castings per month but is currently producing 80 tons per month.

We have extensive manufacturing- and assembly capabilities for a large range of mechanical and drive-train components, which include high quality castings, fabricated parts, complete machined components and complete gear boxes.
